Ashley Bangs Mitchell
Ashley Bangs Mitchell is a music director, producer, composer, recording artist and educator. Her projects fuse the professional and educational worlds of classical music, musical theater, pop music. Ashley loves the artistic process, imagining, observing, creating and refining, and aims to inspire her collaborators and students alike. Classically trained at Peabody Institute in piano & voice, Ashley loves to imbue contemporary pop production with classical and jazz arrangement techniques.
Ashley's theater and educational credits are listed under her own name "Mitchell". Her songwriting and pop production credits are under her mother's maiden name, "Bangs" as a tribute to her late grandparents who inspired her love of music.
